Poor quality, no follow-up and terrible customer service. They were referred to our contractor from a trusted carpet installer to refinish one room, everything seemed fine until they refused to come back and finish the work that we paid for – this includes some blotching, cleanup of stain that ended up on adjacent tile/wood and never installed (but paid for) corner round for the stair. The work was performed in December and after countless emails/vmail, still no return phone call – and it’s March!!

Buyer beware!!
