The best! The guys over at Mission truly did a great job from start to finish. Our hardwood floors were not cared for properly so all the coating wore off. With little kids, they were getting new stains on them daily and in danger of having to be totally replaced. Bobby and his crew came in, moved all of our stuff out, replaced the damaged boards and recoated them with a protective finish. They look like new and completely durable now with almost no maintenance. The guys at mission were honest, knowledgeable, timely, and most importantly did a great job. Would highly recommend for any wood floor job.

I was generally pleased with the work recently completed on my floors and would rate four and a half stars. I have red oak engineered hardwood floors which had been fairly well abused by tenants over the span of about 16 years. Some areas had deep damage and I was not sure it could be removed. Ron was my technician and he sanded the floors with multiple machines and grits and was able to remove all of the damage. Really, all of the damage went up in sawdust. I chose to have the wood remain it’s natural color and went with water based finish. I wish the final surface was smoother, and Bobby did agree to give it one last coat in the future to address this. They promptly returned all calls and I thought the customer service was great. The floor looks wonderful, and I would recommend Mission Hardwoods for future work.

I purchased a home out of state and was planning to have new hardwood flooring added and all the hardwood floors sanded and stained the same color as to not show any variance between the old or the new flooring.

My issue is related to not knowing what stain color I wanted and being located over 2,000 miles from the home.

I searched pretty diligently to find natural 2 1/4 inch red oak paneling that was untreated but kept running into 2-3 week lead times for a bundle of the wood and I needed workers in the home well before the 2-3 week timeline.

When I reached Mission Hardwood Flooring they were the first company I spoke to that had the flooring I needed in stock. Then they suggested that instead of buying bundle of flooring and purchasing a bunch of different stains that they would indeed put a few panels together and if I picked a few different stains they would stain the wood for me. This not only saved me time but also saved me money. The story just gets better from there. In less than 2 business days from the date I requested the work Mission Hardwood had completed the task at hand and when I arrived to purchase the materials and the labor Mission Hardwood just requested I write a nice review for them instead of paying for one hour of labor plus materials, that was a nice surprise. All in all I would say I saved a few hundred dollars and met my need of knowing which stain I now want on my flooring plus I could compare the stain on the exact flooring to my paint samples on a piece of drywall I bought to test out different paints.

Give these guys a shot if your looking for a stand up company that delivers on their promises, is run by a good group of people, and makes the task of working with them straight forward.

Mission Hardwood accommodated my urgent need for the repair of a deep gouge, requiring the removal and replacement of two planks, about ten feet in all, from the middle of the floor. They scheduled the repair for that weekend and a father and son team of artisans showed up to do the job. It was a pleasure to watch them accomplish the magic trick of getting the old oak planks out and two new ones (I had the planks left over from the installation several years ago) installed so that the repair was invisible to the eye. They were meticulous artists and good guys.

These guys are fantastic. We've done two rooms so far and will cover the bedrooms in bamboo floors. We called to place and order and the floors were done within a week. They are fast!! The most beautiful selection of material. The installers we gentle and kind and did a great job. I love the floor and will call them again soon.
